SCARVE: New Album Recording Sessions Pushed Back To Next Year

September 13, 2005

French metallers SCARVE have posted the following message on their official web site:

"We were informed yesterday about the cancellation of next weekend's Southern Discomfort festival in Kristiansand, Norway due to poor ticket sales… and since bad news never comes alone, this forces us to cancel our show the next day in Aalborg, Denmark as well. Our sincerest apologies go out to the promoters and all the people there who wanted to see us. This sucks, but we will do our very best to come back to Scandinavia as soon as possible!

"On the brighter side of the spectrum, an early January festival in La Louvière, Belgium alongside our buddies ABORTED and IN-QUEST (among others) has just been confirmed!

"Finally, a short update about the follow-up to 'Irradiant': for various stupid reasons (such as conflicting time schedules, a lack of new songs and our general slowness),we have decided/been forced (choose the most appropriate mention) to postpone the recording sessions of our new grab-bag of decibels until sometime next spring. A September 2006 release can now be expected (for those who still believe we’ll ever be on time with anything!)"
